• What is Coaching? Who needs a coach?

A coach is there to give you the tools you need to achieve excellence in any area of your life. In comparison to a counsellor a coach suggests a route and maybe even the next mountain to climb in order to be able to achieve the goals that you set out for yourself at the beginning of the session.

• How many sessions will I need?

It really depends of what you want to achieve from the work on yourself. I recommend a free '‘Introductory Session' to specify what modality suits you best. Please also allow some time to find out if I am the right counsellor/therapist/coach for you.

Counselling: It is recommended that you have at least 5-10 consecutive sessions, depending on the issues. We will then reevaluate the need for further sessions.

Journey: The Journey follows a different approach than Counselling. It can be very effective, be it for emotional or physical issues, because the body is the guide of the session, rather than the mind.
Physical problems may be cleared in one session or can take a number of sessions, depending on the severity of your issue and the layers that are related to it. If the emotional cause for the physical pain is completely let go, the physical problem can be dissolved automatically by the body.
Because there can be more than one emotional issue related to a physical problem (especially in the case of deep rooted physical problems and long-term illnesses) it might need several Journey processes to clear.

Coaching: Coaching is about excellence in your chosen area of life. The question for yourself is to find out when you are able to reach the goals that you set for yourself with the tools at hand. Therefore there is no specific number but just like with exercise there is not much benefit if you stop after the first session.

It is for you to decide how many session you want to ‘give yourself', the question is:
Do you want to work on one specific emotional or physical issue?
Or do you want to free yourself from everything that is obscuring you and take your life towards self-realization, spiritual growth and excellence?
